Art Print Returns:

 

We pride ourselves on the quality of our Art prints and we want you to enjoy them as much as we enjoyed making them for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Art Print, you may return it for a full refund or exchange provided it is in its original condition. This includes any additional items we may include such as stickers, wristbands, etc. If you do feel the need to return, please use the original packaging tube or similar for safe transit.

Customized or personalized Art prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part. If we sent out the wrong or incorrect art print, we would replace it free of charge and without delay.

Please note the shipping cost and safe return of the goods returned is your responsibility unless the error is ours.

We ask you to include our Product Return Form with the return of the Art print.

As soon as we receive and process your return you will receive a full refund provided the art print and any additional items are in their original condition.
    What About an Art Print Exchange?

    If you need to exchange an Art Print you purchased from us for the same item, send us an email at support@fightcancergifts.com. The same return policy and process applies under the how to return your order instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged Art Print to reach you may vary. Shipping charges may apply.


    T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Hat, and Drinkware Returns:

     

    Because these items are printed and shipped to order by our on-demand fulfillment company, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless a mistake or damage was made on the manufacturer's behalf. If a problem arises with your order due to the manufacturer's error, please contact us first with your order number as well as the product within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please also include any photos of the damaged or misprinted clothing item. In the case that the manufacturer is at fault, you will receive either a replacement item or full refund (including the cost of tax and shipping).
