What is included with an order of one or more Art Prints?
Each order of one or more Art Prints includes the following:

  • 5"x7" HOPE photo desktop print.  Perfect for a desktop frame.
  • 2 Encouraging Mini Wristbands
  • 3 Colorful bookmarks with information on exercise, healthy foods, and peace of mind suggestions.

What kind of paper quality do you use?
We only use premium quality satin photo paper which renders our Art Prints with rich vibrant colors that really stand out. Our satin photo paper has a lightly textured surface that breaks up reflections and minimizes fingerprints. It is not glossy. The 270 gsm (68lb) 10.4 mil thickness gives our Art Prints a substantial and quality feel and will not tear easily or wrinkle like inexpensive poster paper. You will be amazed at the superb colors of your Art Print.  Simply put, the image quality of your Art Print ROCKS!

Is a frame included in the price of the Art Print?
No, we do our best to keep the initial cost of our Art Prints as low as possible. Shipping costs alone would add a much higher price for a Art Print with a frame. Our 16"x20" Art Print will fit nicely in frames from Target, Michaels, and Walmart. Another option which we have done is to use a double-sided tape such as Scotch Removable Poster Tape, and not use a frame at all.  We love the minimalist look.

Can I customize and personalize any of the Art Prints?
You may personalize or change the text if you prefer, but this may cause a delay in shipping time as we communicate back and forth as we make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Please note, some Art Prints are not customizable because of the design itself.

How long is the delivery time?
Art Prints are printed in house and will typically arrive in 4-7 days.  Each Art Print is made to order.

T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Hats, and Drinkware are made to order through our on-demand order fulfillment company and delivery time is usually 6-10 days.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
Please refer to our Return policies for more information.

Art Print Returns:
We are 100% committed to providing you with a quality product and your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us. You have a 30-day window from your purchase date to return or exchange your items. As soon as we receive and process your return you will receive a full refund provided the product has not been used and is in its original packaging.

All Art Prints must be returned in the original condition and packaging tube for safe transit. This includes the any additional items we include with your Art Print such as stickers, wristbands, etc.

Any Art Prints that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

We do not accept liability for lost or stolen poster tubes. We strongly recommend you ship to a business or single-family residence. If you have concerns, please contact us prior to placing an order. You are responsible for providing us with a valid delivery address. The responsibility is yours for the cost of replacement posters as a result of incorrect addresses.

Please note you will be responsible for the shipping back to us, unless there was an error on our part.

If by chance we sent out the wrong or incorrect product please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive an Art Print from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

Because all these items are printed and shipped to order by our on-demand fulfillment company, no returns will be accepted unless a mistake or damage was made on the manufacturer's behalf. If a problem arises with your order due to the manufacturer's error, please contact us first with your order number as well as the product within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please also include any photos of the damaged or misprinted clothing item. In the case that the manufacturer is at fault, you will receive either a replacement item or full refund (including the cost of tax and shipping).
